These two, along with my Buff Orpington and my Amberlink, have given me a wonderful introduction to life with chickens. They are such a nice happy and healthy little flock. Thanks girls!

Such a pretty picture! I love barred rocks so much! They seem to be in control! Ours have a schedule, and everyday at about 11:00 am, you can find them roosting in the Tree house ladder! Then directly after that, they dust bath and dig for bugs in the empty space that was suppose to be a strawberry/flower patch.

Beautiful girls! The first chickens I took in are barred rocks and a Rhode Island Red. And the barred rocks are definitely a favorite.
