Our last two remaining fertilized chicken eggs were abandoned by our broody hen 16 days into their 21 day gestation. Our bearded dragon has taken over for her! We put them in Elvis-Daisy's terrarium to keep them warm, and she waddled right over and sits on them every day.. Today one of the eggs started peeping! For reals!
Our ex-broody hen does sleep on eggs still, so we move them back for nighttime. Our poor lizard is having to put up with humidity for now... I have no idea what will happen here.
