My big tub of feed got all wet!

I just switched containers that hold my feed and I guess it's not waterproof Is there anything I can do with this wet feed? Can I dry it out in the sun and feed it back to the chickens? It's on day 2 of being wet in the big container. It has been covered.

You can feed it wet.. but not in feeders.. take away the feeder and just feed them by hand twice a day the wet feed ...until it's used up

That plus keep it wet or it will mold and kill the chickens. Best bet is to fill it with water so it is submerged just as if you would be making fermented feed.

So I can keep it covered in water for a few weeks until the chickens go through it?

Do a search on fermenting feed.. gives ya directions. . How much is wet ..week feed worth? I guess depends on how much you got
