My black copper maran "hen" just crowed...

I know these pics are horrible, I'll try to get more later today. "She" is 5 months old and I was beginning to wonder if she was a he, but all the pics I see online of males show alot more copper on the neck/face. But I watched "her" crow just now!

Hard to see really well. Post pics where we can see saddle feathers easily. Based on size of comb, quite possibly a male. But, if they have long, pointy saddle feathers (which they will exhibit after 12 weeks) then they are male

Post pics of them both.
When they're fairly young and crow that's about a 99.9% chance they're male IMO.
You pics are not good and I agree yours is really lacking in copper but looks like there is some on his back. Pullets wouldn't have that.
