My broody abandoned her eggs

I don't know any dos or don'ts for my guys but I'd like to see them live. My mom abandoned the nest today. She's been sitting since around Father's Day but I don't have anything I can candle with to see them. Looks like one of the eggs may be started to pip. Help!
 
The top pic was an accident. But that shed is what they are in now
 
im not really sure, this is my guys. i have a girl that looks like each of these too. 4 total

Looks like a mallard and a pekin. The eggs incubate for 28 days and you said Father's Day so that would be 22. How long has she been off of it? You could try to put them under a heat lamp. You would have to turn the eggs.
 
spraying with warm water is something I've read, is it necc? and i can hear chirping from one of the eggs, is he stuck inside or still developing?
 
If he is chirping he has probably internally piped. It can take awhile. The water would help control humidity. DO NOT TURN IF HE HAS PIPED.
