I have had a broody button quail what seems like forever. I didn't think she would finish the incubation process so my bator has been up and running. Well she has continued to stay on the nest and I woke up this morning and she has 4 new babies to take care of....

I have two hens who are broody but they can't seem to stay on the same nest

So I am afraid to let them try to hatch just yet. Since it is their first time I think I will wait till they go broody again.

This is the first time out of 3 for this hen to finally finish her hatch. I was scared should would give up to. I have 7 button babies so far, and there are 2 eggs left. I had to take the roo out because he was picking on the babies. I will try and get you all some pics in the morning. I don't want to stress the mama to bad and I have moved things around enough for now.
