My broody hen just quit

She's been sitting on her clutch of unfertilized eggs for about 3 days and she finally just got up. I stole the five eggs out of the nesting box and I'm wondering if they're still good to eat. Anyone got any advice?

I would toss them. But I have a rooster.

ya i would get rid of them to dont wanna make you sick you could crack one open and see how it smells

Since they're infertile, they're fine. If they were fertile, I'd toss them because that's long enough for the chick to start to develop.
