. I wonder if it started incubating a little sooner since we've had a hot spell for the past month. Can't wait for the next 2 days.
 
The temperatures very well could have sped things up a bit, but then again you could have your dates wrong. Whenever I set eggs in the incubator I always have one pip on day 19, but it usually doesn't hatch till late on day 20, making it at most a few hours early.

Hens normally start sitting on their eggs in the evening, so you should count that day as day 1, then expect chicks 21 days later the following morning.
 
My broody eggs are due tomorrow but I think they've started today. I was just out there and she's not in her "trance" and growled at me. Couldn't hear peeping yet though.

I'm sure your early hatch has to do with the heat; I'm surprised mine didn't hatch sooner too! Good luck!!!!
