My Button quail has been laying everyday

My button quail has just recently started laying. She has laid every day and they're supposed to lay 5 eggs out of a week and she has laid every day 7 out of 7 days.

Is that healthy? We make sure to feed her well. She gets half an egg with eggshells every day and chopped greens and fruit every morning for breakfast. She gets crumbles with grit and birdseed as treat. She gets mealworms every once in a while as treats and crickets once a month.

they get to stay outside all day and are brought in every night.

(The food is split with her male and 7 almost full grown quail she doesn't eat too much

When my king/button quail started laying she laid everyday for a while but then she slowed down and lays about 5 eggs a week.

I've had plenty lay seven eggs a week. I wouldn't be concerned. She may slow down a little though.

Okay Thank you I was so worried it was so weathering on her but I guess it's because she has just started Thank you Both!
