My chicken can't seem to get up

I went out to the coop this morning, and one of my girls was sitting on the floor. It seems as though she can't stand. I picked her up to check her out, and her left leg stays up against her body, and the talon seems curled up a bit. I set her back down and she sort of toppled over. I've only had chickens for a year and a bit, so I'm not very experienced, and I have never seen anything like this before. Do these sort of symptoms ring any bells for anyone?

Does it see painful for her if you move the leg and toe that she guards?

No, it doesn't seem like it's painful. She doesn't even make a peep when I pick her up which is unusual; my birds aren't handled much.

How old is your hen? Has she been acting strangely up to this point or is this the first thing you've noticed?
