She has scaly leg mites and her nails need trimming. She could have some other illness making her unable to dust bathe and wear her nails down. Reproductive disorders, crop disorders or others may be present. Can she move her toes and legs? I would try to soak her feet and legs in warm Epsom salts for 15 minutes each day. Take a toothbrush and try to gently scrub the scales. It may be a challenge with her lameness. You might make her a sling while in the soak, or you may need to soak her body as well. What is the temperature and your location? Applying petroleum jelly or other oil to her legs and feet would be helpful. Sulfur powder added to petroleum jelly will kill the leg mites and is a good treatment. Nustock cream is a product in the US that contains sulfur powder. Use it daily.
What do her foot pads look like? Any scabs or cuts?
Does she still lay eggs? How does her crop feel? Does it empty overnight or is there still food in it? Is she eating and drinking? What do her droppings look like?
