1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've always wanted Chickens as far back as I can remember. This year, I was blessed to be able to make that dream a reality alongside my partner.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 7 chickens.

(3) What breeds do you have?
Silkie (2), Polish Silkie, Cochin, Americauna, New Hampshire Red and a speckled sussex

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Google

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Woodworking, writing, editing, painting, batiking, teaching

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live a quiet but busy life with my person and 2 dogs.
