My chicken has a watery, closed up eye

Hi my chicken’s eye is puffy and a weird liquid is coming out of it.
The eyelid is also half-closed.

I quarantined her from the rest but does anyone have any idea what this could be and how i can treat it?

Does she have any bad odor from her face? Have you seen any bubbles or foam from her eye? Mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG can cause sinus infection and pinkeye in chickens. It can be treated with certain antibiotics such as Tylosin, doxycycline, denagard, and some others which you may get from a vet or online for pigeons. The antibiotic does not cure the disease, and the chicken can be a carrier for life. Here is some reading about MG:
