My chicken is acting drunk

My chicken is acting drunk. When she came in last night she kind of stumbled around and acted like she couldn’t she and she would walk sideways into things and didn’t go straight into her coop. This morning she is able to stand up but is mostly laying down and has one wing moving to the side. Other than that I see nothing wrong with her. I’m wondering could she have had a stroke?

How old is she? Is she eating and drinking? What do her droppings look like? How does her crop feel, empty, full, hard, soft & squishy? First off I would get some fluids and electrolites in her, and make sure she's warm. If she won't drink on her own you may have to tube fluids (use warm fluids). Get her hydrated, and give a super B complex tablet (human ones).
