My chicken is loseing feathers around her vent!

Today when I went out to the coops I noticed one of my hens is loseing feather around her vent and it’s very red and has white stuff on her vent area!? She seems to be acting normal but here recently I’ve been getting a egg with blood on the shell I don’t know if that’s from her or not but I really would like to know what’s wrong with her so I can help her out!!!

Check her skin in the area and see if she has lice or mites.

Wash her up and take a closer look at the vent and surrounding tissue.
A muddy/poopy bottom like that could be a sign of Vent Gleet.

It's always a good idea to check her for external parasites as suggested. If possible, get a fecal float to rule out worms.
