My chicken is sick - help!

I have a bluebell hybrid hen, and she has runny eyes, a runny nose, and keeps making a strange noise (I think it's sneezing). I've put some apple cider vinegar in her water but she doesn't seem to be getting better, I'm really worried about her but don't know how to help her, can someone please help me?

There are a handful of possible respiratory diseases that she may have such as infectious bronchitis (IB,) MG, ILT, coryza and others. Some are caused by viruses, and some are bacterial or mycoplasmas. Secondary infections are common. Many will make carriers of your flock for life, IB for a year after. Some use antibiotics to treat symptoms or to prevent secondary infections, but in the UK they have to be prescribed by a veterinarian.
