My chicken loves me...

My little Rudy who is a Black tailed white Jap. Bantam has been quite affectionate towards me that past few days. Tonight I went in the chicken house to close them up and she turned and faced me. She was talking to me and the next thing I knew she was flying up towards me. I was caught off guard and didn't know what to expect. I stood there and she perched on my shoulder.

She sat there and chirped to me.
Cal it what you will, but I will call it love.

I'm so jealous!! I have a mottled Japanese bantam who will shoulder perch upon my placing her there. I have two BTW who refuse to like me. Last night they all got a bath and got to stay inside for the night drying (in my bedroom!). I thought we would have more love today, but no.

Mottled is that black with white spots, though mine doesn't seem to have a black base. She just seems spotted. Check out my page, her name is Tina. She's my little cuttie!!
