You click the picture icon on the editor toolbar and paste the url for the picture in the little property sheet the appears.

I used this viewtopic, followed the directions and I was able to upload my pictures. I think Nifty Chicken did it, the instructions even include a video. That said, I still haven't figured out how to do the page on BYC!!
