MY chick is free roam and been happy eating and drinking healthy the out of know where she stays n her cooop stoped laying eggs and he poop is now black she doesnt move and looks like in s fozen states plus she doesnt look well any ideas?

You say the poop is black? The poop could have blood in it. It is possible she has coccidiosis. Take a really good look at her poop. Look and see if you see blood in the poo. If you do, you may need to start her on some Corid or Sulmet to heal her up.
