Can anyone tell me how old they think my hen is?

That's a hen? Well, to me she looks young. One way to tell is to feel her skin. If it's tough, she's over two years old.

Looks like a buff brahma. Cant tell much else from the photos. Can you put up a photo of the whole bird, standing sideways?
