My chickens are hiding eggs from me

I have no idea how to stop them, I find the nest get the eggs throw them out (we have a rooster) and destroy the nest but they find another place i have golf balls in the house but 3 to 5 keep doing it. How do i stop this

Can you confine them to the coop for a few days to retrain them to lay in the nest boxes?

Other than that, when they make a new nest just let them keep laying there and go with it.
