my chickens are so aftaid

This is my first time raising chickens, I'm having a time with my roosters. Ok my chickens are 13 weeks old . The roosters are starting to roost, ON ANYTHING even my chicks!!!!!!!! the chickens are so scared to even walk they stay on the perch all day long. Will this get better over time. I have 3 rooster one is bantam one is longhorn and the other is a Buff Orphan. with the feathers down the legs. My BANTAM IS THE WORST

If you can, it might be good to keep the roos and young chicks separated until they are more the same size. A chick could get hurt mixing with bigger birds who are aggressive. Good luck.
