my chickens foot? help please.

Is it a break or bumblebee foot? Any thoughts? Plan of action to get this lil girl back on her feet? Thank you.

that looks like a nasty infection and a possible break or it could be a severly ingrown feather . is it hot feeling?
at this young age I wouldn't think its bumble foot, though it is possible. try soaking it in warm Epsom salted water, remove any extra feathering as this can just get in the way.
