My Chickens not laying eggs 27 weeks old

Hi I have 5 chickens and they are 27 weeks old 2 Buff 1 Rhode Island white 1 Isa brown and 1 black Australorp. The Isa Brown is a little younger it is winter but the buff have laid around 2 eggs and that's it please help.

They need quality feed and an abundance of natural light.
