My chickens trick or treat for....

Cheerios! We joke that this is because we had them in a wire dog crate for a brooder, with a cut-up Cheerios box around the sides to keep them from being stuck. They come to the sliding door and peck at it until we supply the goods.

I tried giving mine Cap'n Crunch once but the crunch berries are too big.

Ours have never pecked at the door, but we have several who will get onto the table on our front porch and look in the kitchen window at us. They stare at us until we take them a treat.
