My Chick's are going to HATCH!!

Hello,
I am Georgina, I have put some chick's in the incubator and they are ready to hatch 2morrow, I need some advice of what shall I do when they are hatched...
So please once they are hatch what should I do to keep them in a good condition and healthy..

As far as hatching goes, up the humidity and leave the lid closed while the hatch is going on. This means leaving the first hatched chicks in until everyone else is out! They will first pip and then rest for possibly a full day or slightly more while absorbing the yolk sack and blood vessels. The yolk will then give them three days of nutrition! They do not need food and water right away.
