My chicks are here!

HI everyone, I'm just so excited. This morning I picked up my 10 chicks.

They are all so cute!! I already have a favorite but ssshhh dont tell the others! Some one needs to tell me how to upload a photo!

Wish me luck I dont lose any. I will try to post a picture as soon as I know how. Even my dog wants to play with them.....

or eat them..who knows what is going through her mind.

Hi All,

Just wanted to share, too. Post office called at 7:00 this morning

Ran down and got them shortly thereafter.

We got ours from Mt. Healthy. They were scheduled to hatch on March 29. Shipped Monday March 30. And got them this morning. From Ohio to Vermont in one day! Wow.

Also, ordered 10 Australorps and 10 Easter Eggers. We have 21 in total

One sadly didn't make it though.

I guess we're part of the gang, now ...

We only have two chickens named at the moment. My son Dustin named his chicken Dusty..which is his nickname.

My son Kyle and I decided his chicken (which is my favorite) is going to be named Whoooo. Cause she looks like an owl. I'm sure she will change but she's a cute owl chick now..lol

and I think my dog Annie has named them all LUNCH

I'm sure I'll have more pics later but you know..

I'm at work and I really should be working not thinking and posting pics about my chicks.
