All of my chicks are doing very well. The Poults have stopped pecking at the chicks and everyone gets along except for the two Poults. It seems like they try to "mirror" each other and then they lock their necks and I had to break apart a beak fight. One had the others beak full in his beak and was holding on. They have both fluffed up their feathers, pushed out their wings, lifted their tails and strutted at each other. Does this mean I have two Toms?
Other than that, I / We are really enjoying them. I have started removing the food at night as the X Rocks would just eat all of the time if I didn't. They have grown so much. I look forward to removing the heat lamp soon so they will just all go to sleep and stay asleep. So adorable each one of them, I am really glad we decided to do this after wanting to for so long.
