My chicks have liquidy poop!

My chicks are having this really liquidy type of poop!!! Its been going on for about a week now! Should I be worried? what should I do!!!

only a couple weeks! Not even a month old yet!

Is it every poop or just once in a while? Check out this link for info on cecal poops which can be quite runny, and are expelled appx every 8 poops:
