Hi all, I stumbled across this forum and thought i'd share my chook yard/house pics.
It's made up of old timber, fence posts and iron that was lying about the place. The yard is next to the water tank. Half way down on the right hand side are the nesting boxes which can be accessed from outside so I dont have to go in and bug the ladies.
Chooks in the morning waiting for me to let them out. Just off to the left out of frame are the three nesting boxes.
Screen door on the yard to keep the mosquitoes out
I'm thinking of making a second yard nexrt to this one and alternating between the two as the existing one is almost dirt after 3 months.
