My Cochin Bantam Is A Mama..what Do I Do Next?

2 babies have hatched...there are still 2 eggs we are waiting on. How long should we wait? Today was the 21st day. Do I put water and chick food in with mama & the babies? I want to move mom & babies to a separate enclosure. Can I move the mama, babies and eggs w/ nest tomorrow? Any help is appreciated.
Mama cochin has a silkie and a frizzle. When I find my card reader, I'll post pics!

Oh!....I forgot. Mama has plucked her breast almost clean of feathers. Is this normal?

Yes picking feathers off is normal and if you are going to move them I would do it at night.
Food and water is all they will need!! Have fun!! Oh and give those other eggs a few more days.
