My cochin's face is turning yellow-orange

Her face is turning yellow-orange. It appears her comb is starting to as well...She seems a little lethargic, with her head in closer to her body than the others, her tail is inbetween the up and down position. Frostbite is ruled out... I'm wondering if she is egg bound. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!We just lost a Delaware from being egg bound, and certainly do not want to lose another. Thank you!!
