Im sucha terrible equestrian!! I can't believe it... I'm eating Ramen NOODLES for lunch!!!! 0.0
I DID skip breakfast though... but then saw a lone ice cream cone in the cupboard.. had to do something with it.. went down to the basement to find one of those calorie burning drinks.. couldn't find any, just this dang box 'o Ramen Noodles! ugh. though I DID use the treadmill and Ab Lounge for 20 mins. this morning.... then saw my sister's poptarts! ugh, and I wonder why I'm still seven pounds over the new jockey weight limit???? it could be because I'm 5'8" and 'big boned'... stupid bones. whoever came up with that anyway!?! trainer's gonna kill me... gonna kill me dead...

my friend think I'm crazy just beause I consider 2 jello cubes and 9 goldfish a perfctly reasonable dinner...

A 5'8" Jockey? Well, anyways drink a slimfast as soon as you get up (only 190 calories) it tastes sweet and keeps you full feeling until about 11:30 have another one ready then or you will junk food binge
 
height isn't the requirement; just an advantage! people always get confused because 109 as a 'healthy' weight is hard to achieve unless you're pretty small. YES! we have slimfast in the cupboard... I'm gonna drink some now, to wash down that jello i just had...
