My daughter (10 years old) had a fun art class homework assignment last week. They were supposed to send in a picture of themselves posing like a famous portrait. The teacher encouraged them to put their own spin on the picture using props they already had at home. Animals were allowed. My daughter already decided that she wanted to include one of our animals. With that in mind she started looking through art. She quickly settled on "Lady With an Ermine". This is my daughter's spin 💕

I love it! ♥️ :clap
Thank you! My daughter got the procrastination gene honestly 🤣 Once she chose the portrait and explained what she wanted to do, we had about 10 minutes to pull it together and take the picture. I do regret that it was dark outside but other than that, I like it. Plus it was a lot of fun ❤️

I actually thought the dark background made it more cool. It's a black chicken and your daughter's wearing a dark outfit.🤷‍♀️
It just seemed to fit.
