My dog ate 10 of my eggs.....

I was warming up the bator and had washed and marked 50 eggs with pencil the X for turning and took a nap. when I woke up, there was a egg on the floor by my shoe, and I thought oh oh, its not Easter (as in egg hunt)... so I ran to the kitchen and counted my eggs from 50 eggs now I have 40 !!! The dog has bad gas. there are egg shells outside, we have a doggie door. My neighbor gave me 3 mixed chicken breed to add . so I have 43,
I cannot wait for 3 weeks. There are Turbens, and EE's. Wish me luck.
Oh, my husband says I have to keep the dog.

dogs that eats eggs will allways eat them no way would i let them near the chicken house good luck with your hatch

rut row! bad doggie! LOL! Yeah eggs give my dogs bad gas too. I dont let them have any access to my eggs

As for washin them you're really not supposed to wash the eggs.

Eeww! Better close that doggy door. Our dog ate way too many eggs once and she had the runs for 2 days. Talk about some smelly stuff. Yuck!

My dogs have a large fenced area, accessed by the doggie door.
They are not allowed near the chicken coop. They do sit and watch the chickens.
I do on occasion give them an raw egg slightly scrambled in thier bowl.
Never an entire egg, but that was a good question!

These eggs were given to me and they were very dirty, that is why I washed them, but should I have not washed them?

Can anyone give me a explanation of egg cartons in the incubator?
Maybe in a taller model, I don't think it would fit in mine.
I am using a Little Giant still air model 9200
