My dog is acting suspiciously near my ducks pen PLEASE HELP

I have a German Shepherd Dog and 2 ducks. Recently she's been sitting next to the pen and trying to get in. I am REALLY worried about my ducks. She seems to be getting at a mouse. PLEASE HELP!

You need to either move the ducks to a more secure area, keep the dog away from the pen, or both, short term.

Having your animals annoyed at you is nothing compared to letting them be killed or learn a very bad habit.

Longer term, the ducks need a pen that the dog c a n n o t get into any way, any how. And the dog (a German shepherd was my best friend when I was a kid) must get trained to know that mouse or no mouse, duck pen is off limits.

I agree with the above. You might try getting a broom, waterhose, or something your dog doesn't like and swat/spray him everytime he goes near the duck pen. Or put something he doesn't like (i.e a broom) next to the coop. Good luck
