My dog thought my pullet was a toy I don't know is she is hurt

My husband by mistake forgot to shut the run door and my girls got out. We didn't realize it and we let the dog out. The dog ran after the chickens and got on, tossed it like a toy ran around a few seconds and when I saw she has a chicken I called the dog and she came in. That happened on Tuesday no blood. Yesterday I thought the pullet was changing color since she is only 4 months old but it didn't make sense to me since she is a white rock. BUT you never know if a breeder is 100% correct. Today which is Thursday I realized she is not changing color to tan but a few of her tail feathers and some feathers on her fluffy butt are pink. Still no blood just pinkish feathers that have not life or luster to them. I assume the dog damaged her blood feathers but I don't know what to do for her. Is she in pain? Will they fall out and grow new feathers? HELP~~
