My drake has a prolapsed phallus. Help!?

I know without a doubt what I am looking at. But what can I do (if anything) to help him out. Young rouen not even a year old. I heard you can push them back in for them. If so, how? Thanks!!

You can try to lube it up with ky or vaseline and push it back inside.
Can you get a good picture of it. How does it look is it still pink and healthy looking? I'd def separate so the other birds don't start pecking at it.
