My duck ate a piece of cotton?

If the piece ingested was small material it should pass on it's without any problems, given that cotton is a plant fiber and will break down in the body. In the case that the duck at a large amount of cotton, or a synthetic kind that may not break down easily in the gastrointestinal tract, you may consider adding mineral oil to her feed for the next day or to help ensure no blockages form.

She ate almost 2cm long cotton. Someone suggested me to give her raw egg white.

I found some particles of cotton in her recently poop

If the material is intact even in her feces, I would be more inclined to give mineral oil to help lubricate her GI tract, and hopefully, expel the material quicker. In the picture there is blood, did she produce that?
Really is this a blood? My duck mostly do this type of poop because she eats tomatoes.
I am now giving her mineral oil.
