My duck has a weird feather growth

My duck, Webster, has had weird growths before that I have taken her to the vet for, but now she has this feather sticking out in her wing. Her vet is closed until Monday. Has anyone seen this before?

That is not a growth, but a feather that still has the sheath. Usually they will preen the sheaths off before they grow this that extent, but if this has happened before he may have issues preening.
