My duckling looks paralyzed

This happened twice already. I have 4 indian runners that are 2 weeks old and the male had curled his neck all the way back and doesn’t move so when I hold him he’s limp in my hand and it looks like his eyelids are closed . Happened last week and happened today out of normal no activity. He’ll snap out of it and sit and can’t walk and then he needs a few minutes to be able to walk and then he’s back to his normal self

@CayugaJana had one of her ducklings doing this maybe she can weigh in too.

If your coming down over top to pick up try scooting your hand underneth and picking up that way then put your other hand over top to secure,
