My ducks are getting attacked

I have raised my chickens and ducks together since they were a few days old they are about 4 months old now. A few weeks ago some of the hens and roosters started attacking one of the ducks and pecking at his/her head and neck while standing on his back it happens all around the run at different times of the day the chickens only seem to target one duck any feedback would be appreciated the run and housing are in a large area

You need to separate the chickens and ducks chickens can kill youn ducks . Why they are picking on a particular duck I am not sure what breed is this duck and are your other ducks same breed?

Both Perkins I did some research and the ones attacking are roosters and it's a female duck I think they are trying to mate with them they do the attack the same way they mate with the hens

Okay they need to be separated from the chickens. Divide your run and coop there are ways to do it. That will keep your female ducks from being harassed. Temp fencing.

Thank you to all that replied. I got the area separated. I'm also going to re-home some of the roosters. We ended up with 5 roosters out of the 17 chickens
