my eggs are not hatching

i have had my eggs in the incubater for bout 3 weeks and they still are not hatching. What should i do?

Have you candled them to see if they have pipped the air cell?

this is gonna sound stupid but how do you candle an egg?

what does piped mean because mine are the same way i know how to candle though just take a realy bright light under the egg and see if they re is a chick.

If the chick hasn't pipped the air cell it will show a empty space at the large end of the egg.

You should be able to see the chicks beak in the air cell. Can you hear any tapping from inside the egg? Some times you can hear the chick peeping too.
