yes the incubator temp and humidity has stayed the same. And it has a automatic egg turner also…

Eggs not hatching has a number of variables. It could be the temperature or humidity during the hatch, or even the egg thickness. Most likely they are too weak and have died. Are they moving, or still? If they haven't piped by now, they won't hatch.
