My ex battery hen is holding her head upside down and is walking backwards

Please help. One of my girls is twisting her neck upside down. She seams very disorientated. I gave her water she wasn't interested in food, she did have some in her crop but not a lot.
Poor little love seems so confused.
I've read about vit e if she needs this how much do I give her and is it the vit e that humans can take? Sorry for my ignorance.
Any suggestions would be welcome please.

Thank you. She is not eating at all. So I'm making sure she gets enough fluids. I have mushed up some food and getting a little in her. Poor little love. I hope she recovers.
