I had an RCOM incubator that needed no fussing. It was set and forget. I had to sell it last year due to unemployment. So I'm stuck using this Styrofoam that fluctuates from 99.5 to 99.9, which is driving me nuts. I have 3 thermometers and 2 hygrometers.
So I ordered another RCOM, and they only had one of their new model The Pro 10, and more orders . I wrote them saying I had had an RCOM that I had to sell due to unemployment last year and I am not happy with the cheaper incubator I have due to fluctuation of temperature and my eggs are in the incubator for 5 days now, and don't trust any other company. They emailed me back they will send it with free shipping and 2 day USPS for $10.00. They sent it the same day and I should get it tomorrow.
How is that for customer service?
I do swear by RCOM because their viewer window top is double layer, which means the insulation is better. If I opened it, the temperature corrected quickly after closing it. Their electronic thermometer and hygrometer was never wrong. It crushed me to sell it.
RCOM has the Pro 10 model on their site. No one else has it because it just came out. It holds 10+ eggs .
