Yea, I still lean toward cockerel. No matter what, you have a little cutie. I don't want to say 100% certain it's a cockerel, but that's what I lean toward.

Here he is today catching some rays. I am finally sure what with his feathers and his actions with the other chicks that I have a cockerel. His name is Radar lol dont know why but it just came to me one day looking at him.
