My female Coturnix hate the new roo I just introduced!

I have 2 girls, about 7 weeks old. I just put a roo into the pen with them and one of the girls is pecking him and screaming at him! The other acts scared and is running all over the place. The poor roo is terrified and just hiding in the corner with nowhere to go. Should I give this time, or try a different boy?

WHEN mixing gamebirds all go into a new pen simultaneously... This helps reduce territorial disputes.

So I just moved all 3 to a new pen. They're all jittery, still. One of my sweet hens has now turned into a monster and is even pecking at her sister! Her sister is scared, and so is the boy.

Should I abandon the roo and see if the girls will get along again?

THEY'RE young, they have no idea whats going on... So long as theres no bloodshed I'd let it ride. But do keep a close eye on them.... injuries come about pretty quickly with these guys.
