OK, so this list is far more extensive than my human or equine first aid kit,(others have said this before); but I wanted to put together a list for my knowledge. I want to be a responsible chick mom.

From reading a gazillion posts - I have come up with this-

Infectious Coryza, Coccidiosis, Acute Fowl Cholera, Pullorum (egg-transmitted disease of poultry caused by the bacteria Salmonella pullorum).
Tylan = Tylosin. An antibiotic in the macrolide class. Other members of this class of antibiotics include erythromycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, spiramycin, and dirithromycin for treatment of respiratory disease including MS/MG

Thank you - this is the first time as an adult raising my own chicks for the farm. In the past, Mom and Dad did the raising. It also seems to be a popular topics, so I was hoping that if I got it right it could be a reference for other, newbie's like me.

Aw, yeah I left that out and Bag Balm. How could I forget good ol' Bag Balm

Yes it is a good idea for others to come to as a reference. I am going to use your list also. What is bag balm? Is it like Vaseline?

I thought of another really helpful one....Terrymycin Eye Ointment. I got mine at TSC and it did work on my hens eye. I always have it now in with my stuff. It is a small yellow tube which costs about $7.

Lord have mercy.
