Hello everyone! My daughter started raising chickens about a year ago and I have fallen in love. I have gotten my first babies, 1 Polish and 3 Silkies. I have fallen in love with the Polish and we have only been able to find unfortunately can't have roosters where I live so I am really hoping the one I have is a hen. My daughter has not raised Polis or Silkies yesterday so she too is unfamiliar. Everything I have read says that they are difficult to sex. The closet thing I found was so.ei e posted some 6 week old and 1 already had a waddle and the others didit. Mine is 5 weeks old an no sign either. Here's to hopi.g for a girl!

Hi last year i got 3 white crested black polish of course 1 rooster (took it back lol) so I noticed baby roosters have bigger feet then the other 2 and the girls got tail feathers first now I got 3 silver laced we picked them by their crest girls crest are fluffy down the beek to the nostrils boys stop at the top of nose we also did the old farmer trick put their feet between fingers let them hang the female try to upright herself
